Pottle Hits 2 home runs in Pioneers Win
The Vancouver Pioneers downed the San Francisco Earthquakes, 7-6, at "The Fort" at B.C. Place. The Pioneers were led by Tom Pottle. Pottle belted 2 home runs. He drove in 5 runs and scored twice. The Pioneers saw their record improve to 22-23.

With Vancouver leading 1-0 in the bottom of the first, Pottle hit a 2-run single off San Francisco hurler Chris Crawford. It was the 14th hit of the season for Pottle and put his team ahead, 3-0.

"Glad to see the fans get into it," said Pottle.
