Warriors Handed 5-4 Loss by Butterflies
The Pennsylvania Butterflies picked up a win at The Kaleidoscope, topping the Walnut Creek Warriors, 5-4. On the mound for Pennsylvania was right-hander Will Cabrera. He played a principal role in the triumph. Cabrera yielded 4 runs over 7.2 innings to notch the win. He scattered 7 hits, walked 1, and struck out 5. His record improves to 1-0. Matt York was called on to finish, recording his 1st save.

The Butterflies got a big at-bat from right fielder Jarrod Conter. For the game, Conter went 1-3 with a home run. He drove in 3 runs and scored once. In the bottom of the second, with runners on 2nd and 3rd, he stroked a 3-run home run. His 1st home run of the season gave Pennsylvania a 4-1 lead.

"When Will is on, he can really move the ball around," said Pennsylvania manager Aaron Barnes.
