Stowers goes 3-for-4 to Power Luchadores Offense
A nice crowd turned out for a clash between the Mexico City Luchadores and Chicago Eclipse.

The exploits of designated hitter Dan Stowers, who is tied for 8th in the RCL in bases on balls with 23, helped the Mexico City Luchadores defeat the Chicago Eclipse, 8-1. Stowers was 3-4 with a home run and 2 singles. He scored 2 times and drove in 3. The Luchadores improved their record to 22-25 by beating Chicago.

Early in the game, Stowers had a 2-run home run for Mexico City. It was his 5th home run of the season and put the Luchadores on top, 2-0.

"We didn't put up much resistance," said losing manager Demetrio Recchia.
