The Brownsville Bandits coasted to a win over the Brisbane Bush Wackers, 10-3. Harvey McFadyen had a good day at the plate for Brownsville. He went 2 for 4 with a home run and a walk, while scoring 2 times and driving in 2. Mario Garay snagged the win in relief. He goes to 1-0 on the season. Kamaliela Amarco suffered the loss.

With one out in the bottom of the third, Ramon Rivera put Brownsville in front, 3-1, with a 2-run single. The Bandits went on to win the ballgame.

"Today was a lot of fun," said Rivera.
