Lake Monsters Continue Skid, Thanks to Villagomez, Knights
The Kingwood Knights used the hitting of catcher Franklin Villagomez to subdue the Okanagan Lake Monsters, 16-13. For the game, Villagomez went 3 for 5 with a home run and a double, while scoring 2 runs and driving in 6. The win puts Kingwood at 8-9.

Early in the game, Villagomez had a bases-clearing double for Kingwood. It was his 1st double of the season and put the Knights on top, 6-3.

"No shortage of offense this time around," said Villagomez.
