Mays slugs 2 home runs to Fuel Five O's Offense
The Oconomowoc Five O's and St. Paul Saints obliged fans hoping for an exciting game.

Oconomowoc center fielder Steve Mays picked up 5 ribbies while helping his team beat back the St. Paul Saints, 8-7. Stephen Lowry earned the save for Oconomowoc, his 4th.

Mays contributed in the bottom of the third. With the bases loaded, he hit a grand slam home run. It was one at-bat among others that helped Oconomowoc get the win.

"We were able to put some good swings on some pitches," Mays told the Oconomowoc Chronicle.

The triumph makes Oconomowoc 12-9, as the team begins another long trek toward the playoffs in 2064.
