Despite a great performance by Carmel right fielder Isaac Parker, the Brisbane Bush Wackers defeated the Apples by the score of 9-8 in 13 innings at Baylor Ballpark. Parker slugged 3 home runs. He scored 4 runs and drove in 3. The Bush Wackers, with just their 8th win so far in 2064, have yet to catch fire.

The Bush Wackers got a clutch hit from pinch hitter Frank Strauss. In the bottom of the 13th, he delivered a run-scoring single to win the game for the Bush Wackers.

"That was your kind of game, if you like high drama," said Bush Wackers manager Charlie Hide.
