The Bighorn Bison got a superb performance from pitcher Jeff Lee, but the Bloomington Blazers still won the game, 7-6. Lee threw 6.1 innings of 5-hit ball. Bloomington pitcher Humberto Diaz got the win, upping his record to 1-0. Zach Phillips got the loss. The Blazers, at 22-25, sit in 6th place in the Thurman Munson League Billy Martin Division.

Bloomington got a knockout punch from Luis Santizo. The designated hitter hammered a 3-run home run in the bottom of the ninth inning to win the game. It might've been his only hit, but it decided the outcome.

"This house was rockin'," Santizo said.
