Marshall used a superb performance from starting pitcher Gary Watts to down the Elizabeth Town Thunder, 5-1. Marshall bumps their record to 29-7 with the win.

Danny Salas broke a 0-0 tie in the bottom of the fourth with a run-scoring ground out. It put the Lawmen in front, 1-0. For the game, Salas went 1-5 with a double, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once.
