The Kingwood Knights withstood a good performance by Oconomowoc right fielder Oscar Dalton to knock off Oconomowoc, 10-9, in 10 innings. Dalton went 4-5 with 4 doubles. He scored 2 times and drove in 2. Kingwood now sits at 20-25, while Oconomowoc falls to 30-14.

The Knights beat the Five O's in part due to timely hitting. Case in point: the two-out single Kevin DiMaio produced in the top of the tenth. Batting against Stephen Lowry, DiMaio gave his team the lead, 10-9, when he hit a run-scoring single.

"We had a chance to win," said Oconomowoc manager Jorge Murillo, "but we didn't get it done."
