Hornets Walk It Off for 34th Win of Season
The Eureka Hornets electrified the crowd with a walk-off win.

The Eureka Hornets defeated the Pennsylvania Butterflies, 7-5, at The Nest. Leading the charge for Eureka was left fielder Josh Sweet. He was 2-3 with a double and 2 walks, while scoring 3. Eureka now sports a record of 34-21.

The defining moment came in the bottom of the ninth for Eureka. That's when Ray Goodwin hit a 3-run home run off 27-year old right-handed pitcher Matt York to win the game. The home crowd went wild.

"The bar for us is not a particular opponent, it's ourselves," said Eureka manager Juan Montés.
