Bloomington Earn 5-0 Victory at The Corral
|
John Peters, who is tied for 5th in the TML in innings pitched with 76.0, was terrific for the Bloomington Blazers in his team's 5-0 triumph over the El Paso Mavericks. His performance earned Peters rave reviews. The Blazers win now puts them at 31-24.
The tide might have turned in the bottom of the third, had not John Peters made a big pitch. With runners on 1st and 2nd and the Mavericks trailing 3-0, he retired Matt Dahlk when the El Paso second baseman hit into a double play.
