The San Antonio River Bandits stopped the Campo NoBos, 12-7, behind an impressive performance from Aaron Elting. The 20-year old right fielder made life miserable for Campo pitching. He hit 2 home runs. He drove in 6 runs and scored twice. The second-place River Bandits bumped their record to 32-24.

Early in the game, Elting had a 3-run home run for San Antonio. It was his 13th home run of the season and put the River Bandits on top, 3-0.

"I keep on showing up every day and trying to put up good at-bats and find good pitches to hit," said Elting.
