Toreros Need Extra Frames to Get Past Millers
The Cabo San Lucas Toreros stopped the Milwaukee Millers, 9-6, in 11 innings at The Mandalore Complex. The Toreros got a big game from Pat Bean, who went 2-5 with a home run and a walk. He scored 2 runs and drove in 2. The winner was Stuart Perry in relief. His record improves to 3-1. Ricardo Rodriguez took the loss. The losses continue to mount for Milwaukee, which has now dropped 8 in a row.

The game was at a stalemate until shortstop Justin Rosner came to bat in the top of the 11th. Facing Milwaukee pitcher Ricardo Rodriguez, he hit a 1-1 fastball for a 2-run single. It was a game-changer, putting Cabo San Lucas on top, 7-5.
