Lake Monsters Solve Kingwood in Extra Innings
Led by Corey Grudzien, the Okanagan Lake Monsters downed the Kingwood Knights, 11-9, in 10 innings. Grudzien went 3-5 with 2 home runs, a triple, and a walk, while scoring 3 runs and driving in 6 for the Lake Monsters. The Lake Monsters bumped their record to 33-28 with this latest triumph.

The game was all tied up in the top of the tenth, until Grudzien delivered big-time for Okanagan, stroking a dramatic 3-run home run off Victor Crawford. The game-changing hit put the Lake Monsters on top, 11-8.

"Put the ball in play and good things will happen," said Grudzien.
