Five O's Fall to Sting, 3-0
|
The Houston Sting earned a win at Arnold Field, stopping the Oconomowoc Five O's, 3-0. Starting pitcher Chris Piotrowski played a big role in his team's success. Houston has a record of 38-51, placing them last in the RCL HA Tommy Lasorda Division.
Todd Frank, who is tied for 4th in the RHA with a .654 slugging percentage, had a direct impact on the outcome. Frank contributed a 2-run home run in the top of the fourth inning to put Houston up, 3-0.
"We had a good game plan," Piotrowski said, "and we were able to execute it."
