The Moonbeam Martians stopped the West Virginia Dancin' Outlaws, 10-4, behind an impressive performance from Jamie Markley. The 23-year old center fielder made life miserable for West Virginia pitching. He went 3-4 with a home run, a double, and a walk, while scoring 2 times and driving in 2. Moonbeam is rocking and rolling at 78-15.

Moonbeam grabbed the momentum in the top of the fifth, when Markley hit a 2-run home run off Sam Orton. His 21st home run of the season put the Martians out in front, 5-3.

"We played hard and won," said Markley. "Sometimes, baseball really is that easy.'
