Schott Earns Praise as Five O's Topple Blues, 5-4
The Oconomowoc Five O's did just enough to sneak past the Memphis Blues, 5-4, at Arnold Field. Oconomowoc catcher Kurt Schott, in particular, had a standout performance. Rodolfo Alarcon, summoned from the bullpen, notched his 9th save. Memphis, at 72-35, has lost 4 straight.

Schott had an important at-bat with the bases loaded in the bottom of the seventh, when he drew a walk, driving in 1 run. The Five O's went on to win.

"You can never predict what'll happen," Schott said. "That's why you play the game."
