Seymour Leads Eugene to 18-6 Win with 3 Jacks
Horseshoe Park was the site for RCL A action featuring the Niagara Falls Barrels and Eugene Emeralds.

The Eugene Emeralds beat the Niagara Falls Barrels, 18-6, at Horseshoe Park. The win was due in part to third baseman Kyle Seymour, who slugged 3 home runs, while adding 8 RBI and scoring three times. The winner was Eugene reliever Luis Luna, now 1-0. The loser was Jon Morales.

Jeremy Orr hit a 2-run double off Jon Morales in the top of the first, which put the Emeralds in front, 2-0. In addition to the double, Orr had 2 singles and 1 walk, while going 3 for 4.

"We'll keep playing hard and let the chips fall where they may," said Eugene manager .

The 5th-place Barrels now sit at 37-61.
