Carl Farley did all he could to help his team win. In the end, though, it wasn't enough to spare the Eagle Rock Ridge Runners an extra-inning, 12-11 loss to the Buffalo Bison at Thundering Grounds at Bison Stadium. Farley went 3 for 6 with 3 singles, while scoring 2 times and driving in 2. The Bison now own a record of 29-31.

Buffalo got a knockout punch from Khalil Easterling. The pinch hitter hammered a solo home run in the bottom of the tenth inning to win the game. It might've been his only hit, but it decided the outcome.

"The crowd was boisterous tonight," said Easterling.
