The Bel Air Princes beat the Houston Sting, 5-3. Bel Air pitcher and Denver, Colorado, native Chris Moore led the way. Jose Delgado snagged the win in relief. He goes to 6-4 on the season. Tyler Starr suffered the loss. Luis Bautista sewed up the save, his 1st.
Chris Lieberman, who is tied for 2nd in the RHA in stolen bases with 41, aided the Bel Air cause with a run-scoring sacrifice fly in the bottom of the sixth. For the game, the left fielder went 1 for 3 with a walk.
"Every win gets us closer to our ultimate goal," said Lieberman.
After today's action, Bel Air sits at 82-54; Houston slips to 60-74.
