Powered by Aaron Mottola, the Elizabeth Town Thunder downed the West Virginia Dancin' Outlaws, 6-4. Mottola belted 2 home runs, while adding 6 RBI and scoring twice for the Thunder. Mike Vega closed it out for his 3rd save. Despite the win, the Thunder still have a lousy 34-91 record.

In the bottom of the third, Mottola had a 3-run home run for Elizabeth Town. It was his 21st home run of the season and put the Thunder on top, 3-0.
