Olson Hits Two Homers in 9-4 Win for Hazleton
The Hazleton Birdwings beat the Brownsville Bandits, 9-4, at Bandits Grove. Hazleton third baseman Seth Olson had an outstanding performance. He belted 2 home runs. He drove in 4 runs and scored twice. Matt Matsch picked up the save, his 3rd. The Birdwings are now 48-84.

With Hazleton leading 5-4 in the top of the seventh, Olson hit a fastball from Alfredo Mondragon for a 2-run home run. It was his 4th home run of the season and put the Birdwings ahead, 7-4.

"We took advantage of our opportunities," Olson told the Hazleton Today. "It's as simple as that."
