Apples Use Late Rally to Win 6th Straight
BLM Stadium was rocking after an exciting Apples win.

The Carmel Apples earned a win at BLM Stadium, stopping the Houston Sting, 5-2. Starting pitcher Juan Aldana played a big role in his team's success. Aldana got the win, improving to 12-9. He gave up 6 hits and walked 1 over 7.2 innings. He allowed 1 run.

The decisive blow was delivered by In-gu Harm in the bottom of the ninth when he hit a 3-run home run off 21-year old right-handed pitcher Luis Lugo to win the game for Carmel. The home crowd went nuts.

"I just trusted my stuff," said Aldana.

The loss makes Houston 74-85.
