Dancin' Outlaws Find a Way to Win
Despite a fine performance by second baseman Steve Gillin, the Marshall Lawmen lost to the West Virginia Dancin' Outlaws, 7-6. Gillin went 2 for 5 with a home run and a triple. He scored 2 times and drove in 2. Danny Acosta, who is tied for 3rd in the RA in holds with 10, picked up the win in relief. Andy Gardner took the loss for Marshall. West Virginia now has a record of 81-57 with the win.

West Virginia got a clutch hit from Jalen Salter. The center fielder launched a solo home run in the bottom of the tenth inning to win the game. It was his only hit in 2 at-bats, but it was a kill shot.

"Sweet win for us, tough loss for them," said Salter.
