Blazers Pick Up 4-3 Road Win Over Dallas
|
Jay Vincent, who finished 3rd in the TML in strikeouts with 174 in 2063, propelled his team to victory over the Dallas Texans. The final score was 4-3, Bloomington. The triumph puts Bloomington at 36-29 for the season.
Paul Brew III, who is a five-time Gold Glove Award winner, had a direct impact on the outcome. Brew III contributed a run-scoring single in the top of the fourth inning to put Bloomington up, 4-0.
"Jay is tough to beat when he's hitting his spots," said Bloomington manager Scott Andrews.
