Havana Beats Bighorn in 10-Inning Thriller
Behind the hitting of Art Fox, the Havana Stogies stopped the Bighorn Bison, 8-5, in 10 innings. Fox went 3 for 5 with a home run and a double, while scoring 2 and driving in 4 for the Stogies. The win went to Yale Fischer in relief. His record improves to 1-0. Andy Johnson took the loss. Andy Schutt closed out the game, earning his 10th save.

The game was all tied up in the top of the tenth, until Fox delivered big-time for Havana, stroking a dramatic 3-run home run off Andy Johnson. The game-changing hit put the Stogies on top, 8-5.

"Baseball is such a beautiful game," said Fox. "Anything can happen on any night, and that's why you don't dwell on what happened yesterday. Just look forward and trust you're going to have positive results."

With the win, the Stogies improved to 28-37.
