Getting a good performance from right fielder Sean Martineau, the Chicago Eclipse defeated the Pennsylvania Butterflies, 6-5. Martineau went 2-4 with a home run and a walk. He drove in 3 runs and scored once for the Eclipse. With the win, Chicago upped its record to 38-29.

The game was still up for grabs in the bottom of the ninth. With two out, Martineau hit a cutter from Jay Clayton for a run-scoring single. The Eclipse, in dramatic fashion, had a walk-off win.

"We couldn't have scripted it any better," Martineau said in his postgame press conference.
