Armada Tuck Away 11-4 Win Over Seattle
The Quebec Armada beat the Seattle Sasquatch, 11-4, at Lucky 7 Ballpark. Quebec center fielder Dan Nieman collected 1 single and 2 doubles with 2 RBI. John Tuck earned the win to go to 4-0. He allowed 4 runs on 8 hits, with 2 walks and 5 strikeouts in 5.2 innings of work. Ray Heck was called on to finish, recording his 1st save.

Fernando Puente had a big 2-run double for the Armada in the bottom of the second inning. With Quebec trailing 2-1 and runners on 1st and 3rd, he got a changeup from 25-year old right-handed pitcher Mançio Madrra and swatted a double to right-center. It was his 16th double of the season, and more importantly, it put the Armada ahead, 3-2.

"It was great to come out and swing the bats," Puente told the Quebec Daily.

At 39-26, the Armada are currently first in the Roberto Clemente League International Division.
