Mike Hursh, who finished 3rd in the TML in ERA with 3.61 in 2062, was in top form in a tight contest between Chicago and Seattle. The Eclipse left-hander helped his team beat the Sasquatch, 2-0. Joe Umlah finished to wrap up his 5th save. The Eclipse saw their record improve to 46-33.

The Eclipse got a big at-bat from left fielder Miguel Benavides. For the game, Benavides was 1-3 with a double and a walk. In the bottom of the fourth, with a runner on 2nd, he stroked a run-scoring double. His 11th double of the season gave Chicago a 1-0 lead.

"Mike had himself a pretty good evening," said Chicago manager Demetrio Recchia.
