Riding the 3-hit performance of the 24-year old right fielder Travis Hudak, the Walnut Creek Warriors stopped the Bighorn Bison, 6-2, in 9 innings. After today's action, Walnut Creek sits at 47-21, while Bighorn falls to 39-29.
With the game tied, 2-2, in the bottom of the fifth, Hudak had a key at-bat for Walnut Creek. With the bases loaded, Hudak hit a 2-run single off Gordie White, making the score 4-2, Warriors.
