Brad Coates Out with DTD Injury Sunday, July 30th , 2062 Mavericks star shortstop Brad Coates might be sitting it out a few days after he picked up an injury in yesterday's game against the Asheville Moonshiners. He sustained a stiff back while colliding with a player at a base. Coates isn't expected to miss a lot of time. However, doctors want to be cautious. They said he would be day-to-day for about one week. So far this year, Coates is hitting .269 with 26 home runs. |
