Ryan Currie Offers Wise Advice to Chris McEvoy Friday, September 28th , 2063 Ryan Currie may want to look into a career as a life coach after his baseball managing career. The Jacksonville Pilots manager said he recently helped one of his players through a tough time. "Chris McEvoy had broken up with his girlfriend and was pretty distraught over it - I just talked to him about it, just was there to talk to," he said. "I think he appreciated having someone to listen and sort through the problems." McEvoy said his manager's advice was definitely appreciated. "The guys know he's there for us whether it's baseball related or life related," he said. "That's a valuable thing to have in a manager." |
