Honu Blank Bighorn, Sweeney Winner Thursday, October 2nd , 2064 In an outstanding mound performance, Hawaii Honu starter Chris Sweeney fired a complete-game shutout against the Bighorn Bison at Ram Brewery Ballpark. Sweeney was the key to the 8-0 Hawaii win. The 28-year-old right-hander was in high spirits for much of the game, his mood largely unfazed by the 7 hits and no walks he allowed. "7 hits?" he said with a laugh following the game. "Listen, I'd be happy with a 30-hitter, as long as it was a shutout." Sweeney has made 33 starts this season, posting 17 wins and 12 losses.
