Walnut Creek's Mike Perschau Suffers Setback Wednesday, October 29th , 2064 Walnut Creek reliever Mike Perschau reportedly suffered a setback this week while rehabilitating back spasms. Preliminary tests showed the injury had gotten worse and would need more time to be completely healed. An unidentified team official said it looked like it would be at least 5 weeks before Perschau would be able to return to the active roster. Perschau will see a specialist tomorrow. For the season, his stats show Perschau has no saves in 19 relief appearances with a 0-2 record and 6.45 ERA. |
