Quero and Lines Suspended 4 Games for Brawl Wednesday, May 17th , 2062 The league commissioner's office had responded quickly to yesterday's major incident at The Corral involving the Kodiaks Juan Quero and the Muskies Jim Lines. Both players have been given 4-game suspensions for violation of the league code of conduct. The suspensions will be effective immediately. To date this season, Quero is hitting .290 with 4 home runs. This year, Lines has chalked up a 7.82 ERA with 2 saves. In 10 relief appearances he has put up a 1-1 won-lost mark and struck out 8 batters in 12.2 innings. |
