Baton Rouge-Albuquerque Fight Results in Suspensions Tuesday, June 26th , 2063 If there wasn't a history between Stephen Carrier of Baton Rouge and Alex Caballero of Albuquerque, then there is one now. The incident between the two sparked a bench-clearing scrum with those two being the center of attention. Now they will miss 4 and 9 games respectively as a result of their actions. The league office announced their suspensions today. "We're both really competitive," Carrier said later, "and sometimes things go a little too far because of it." Carrier has a .304 average and a .381 on-base percentage for the year. He has picked up 17 hits, 1 home run and driven in 7 runs. In 13 starts this season, Caballero has crafted a 3-4 record with a 6.89 ERA. |
