TAAA Player of the Week Selected Monday, August 18th , 2064 Steve Porter is respected by most Pasadena Bumblebees fans for his no-frills style of play. The 23-year-old left fielder went about his business with vigor last week to grab the TML AAA Player of the Week honors. He compiled a .560 average (14-for-25) with no home runs, 7 RBIs and 6 runs scored. This year, Porter has socked 145 hits in 439 at-bats for a .330 average with 10 home runs. He is getting on base at a .409 pace and his totals also include 48 RBIs and 81 runs scored. |
