State College Eliminated from Playoff Contention Tuesday, September 9th , 2064 There would have never been more than a tiny glimmer of hope, but today even that is gone. The State College Swallowtails have been officially eliminated from playoff contention. State College last appeared in the postseason in 2054. This is their 10th consecutive year missing the playoffs, and in total they have not advanced past the regular season 38 times in their 53-year history. State College has won the League Championship Series 7 times in their history. |
