Dave Jessee Out for Season Monday, September 22nd , 2064 The season is apparently over for Dave Jessee. The Tallahassee Captains medical staff informed the club that the second baseman will be out at least 5 months with a concussion. Jessee was hurt in the game against Albuquerque while colliding with a player at a base. The doctors did not think he would recover prior to the end of the season. At present, Jessee is batting .244 with 93 hits and 8 home runs. He has knocked in 42 runs and scored 47 times. |
