Frederick Rips 3 HR Saturday, May 13th , 2062 Kevin Frederick was in home run mode in the 13-5 Okanagan Lake Monsters win over the West Virginia Dancin' Outlaws. Frederick tortured the Dancin' Outlaws, cracking out three home runs and going 3-for-4 with 7 RBIs and scoring 3 runs. "When you're hot, you're hot," said a grinning Frederick in the postgame press conference. "I got some good pitches to hit and got a good swing going today. I cannot believe it happened. I was like, 'I don't know what I'm doing.'" Kevin Frederick hit a two-run home run off Sam Orton in the 1st, was hit by a pitch in the 3rd, grounded out in the 5th, hit a GRAND SLAM off John Heyes in the 7th, hit a solo-shot off John Heyes in the 9th and was hit by a pitch in the 9th. Frederick is hitting .267 so far this season with 20 RBIs and 24 runs scored. He has 31 hits including 8 home runs, 16 walks and .374 OBP. |
