Lawmen Cavanagh Has 15 Ks Thursday, May 18th , 2062 Marshall Lawmen starter Bill Cavanagh brought his best stuff to The Rain Forest against the West Virginia Dancin' Outlaws, striking out 15 batters in his club's 12-2 victory. In a strong performance, the 23-year-old Cavanagh gave up 9 hits in his 8 innings of work and issued no walks. "I felt good out there," he said after the game. "My fastball had a lot of life and my curveball was sharp. It was giving hitters fits and working well for me." This season, Cavanagh has compiled a 4-2 mark with a 5.14 ERA in 9 starts.
