Quijada, McCaleb Receive 4-Game Suspensions Sunday, June 4th , 2062 Hot tempers flared and a few punches were thrown at the Niagara Falls and Oconomowoc game yesterday and ended up with two players ejected. Oscar Quijada of the Barrels and Jim McCaleb of the Five O's have now been reprimanded and issued 4-game suspensions by the league commissioner for their parts in the fracas. This year, Quijada has hit at a .283 pace and produced 34 RBIs, 6 home runs and scored 30 runs. Over the season, McCaleb has made 12 relief appearances with 1 save. He has K'd 27 batters in 21.2 innings, yielded 13 walks and has a 4.57 ERA. McCaleb's record this year is 1-1. |
