Knights Star Wins Cy Young Award Thursday, November 2nd , 2062 This past season was outstanding for Kurtis Rumsey. The Ocala mound star sizzled with a 20-8 record and captured the prestigious 2062 TA Cy Young Award. The Knights hurler posted a 2.98 ERA in 33 starts with 233 strikeouts and 71 walks in 217.1 innings. Rumsey limited opposing teams to a .219 batting average. He received 28 first place votes, as a unanimous winner. Nate Murray of the Memphis Blues finished second in voting, while Alex Moralez of the Memphis Blues finished third.
