San Angelo's Reed Will Miss Season Friday, June 6th , 2064 Trevor Reed will soon find out from his doctors if his season will continue. The first diagnosis was not too positive and indicated the San Angelo starting pitcher could miss the remainder of the year. Reed was injured while throwing a pitch in the Mustangs-Birdwings clash at Heartland Kettlecorn Stadium recently. Doctors said he has a torn flexor tendon in his elbow and would be out a minimum of 7-8 months. Thus far this season, Reed has tossed 42.2 innings in 10 starts, fanned 44 batters, walked 26 and put up a 9.28 ERA with no wins and 6 losses. |
