August's Top Starter Named in THA Monday, September 1st , 2064 Rico Rios of Victoria had an excellent August with a 5-0 record and was selected as the Pitcher of the Month in the TML HA. He finished the month with a 2.61 ERA while piling up 48 strikeouts in 48.1 innings and holding opposing hitters to a .216 batting average.
