RHA's #1 Player, Bowman of Baltimore Monday, September 8th , 2064 Baltimore fans have something to crow about today as Baltimore left fielder Brian Bowman nabbed the RCL HA Player of the Week Award for his performance over the last seven days. "I know there are times when it's hard to lay off pitches. Everyone goes through stretches when he's too eager to put the ball in play. You know, though, I feel like this past week I was able to get in the right frame of mind and just let things come naturally," said Bowman. He posted a .526 average (10-for-19) this past week with 3 home runs, 12 RBIs, and 9 runs scored. Bowman is swinging at a .382 pace on the year with 28 home runs, 114 RBIs and 86 runs scored. He has played in 118 games. |
