Carmel Loses Prado for Year Saturday, October 4th , 2064 The news is bad in Carmel. The Apples have lost the services of starting pitcher Marty Prado for the rest of the season due to a ruptured ulnar collateral ligament. Prado was injured in a recent game with the Moose Jaw Warriors while throwing a pitch and is expected to miss 10-11 months.
