Oregon State Devastated by Playoff Elimination Tuesday, May 9th , 2062 Oregon State Beavers center fielder Steve Reed said it is a "bitter disappointment" for he and his teammates to miss the playoffs. The remarks came hours after the club was mathematically eliminated from 2062 postseason contention. This is the club's 6th playoff miss in a row. They last appeared in the postseason in 2056. In total, the Beavers have missed the playoffs 46 times in their 51-year history. In the last 10 seasons, the Beavers have missed the playoffs 8 times. Oregon State last won the NCAA College World Series in 2055. |
