Red-Hot April Lands Hicks Batting Prize in HALL Monday, May 1st , 2062 When Jason Hicks stepped up to the plate in April he did it with confidence, and today he was honored with the Hank Aaron Little League Batter of the Month award. The young Pleasantville first baseman posted a .433 batting average with 13 home runs, 40 RBIs and scored 52 runs. Hicks also worked pitchers for 36 walks to post a .586 on-base percentage. This season, Hicks is hitting .451 with 20 home runs. |
